Description of the Audi High-Beam Assist
High-beam assist utilizes a camera mounted on the interior mirror. It detects light sources – the headlights of oncoming vehicles, tail lights of other road users and the reflections of municipality limit signs, for instance – and automatically switches between high beam and low beam lighting. This provides for better visibility and a more relaxed driving experience. Drivers of oncoming vehicles are not blinded by glare.
This coding guide applies to cars built on the MLBEvo platform. If your car is not in the list below, do not code.

- Coffee for you to relax after coding (Faults that will appear in the information system may stress you out :)
Activate Audi High-beam Assist
Tried and tested by me but all risk is yours. We do not accept responsibility. So please be very careful! If you are an OBDEleven user, first of all, take a complete backup of your car.
1- Open the hood. This is the firewall of the car.
2- Select Control Module "A5 - Front Sensor", Enter security access: "19249"
Long Coding:
- Byte 21 - Bit 5-7 (High-beam Assist)
2- Select Control Module "09 - Central Electrics"
Long Coding:
- Byte 5 - Bit 0
- Byte 5 - Bit 5
- Byte 5 - Bit 6
That's all. If you did everything right, push the selector lever forward for 2 seconds and you will see the High beam assist logo on the dash board.
